Although we take precautions to prevent viruses, we cannot guarantee that the Site is free from them.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the Site or its information, content, materials, or products, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason.

The material and content available on the Site are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our prior permission. You are permitted to electronically copy and print portions of 80srockshots.com for personal use only, in order to access and use the Site. Any other use of the material on the Site, including but not limited to reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or republication for purposes other than those stated above, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent and may lead to legal action.

You acknowledge and accept that even if an item is listed for sale on the Site, it may not necessarily be available. We will make reasonable efforts to indicate when items are out of stock, but if an item is not clearly marked as unavailable, we reserve the right to decide, at our discretion, not to process your order.

Payment is made by credit card.

All charges on our Site are listed in GBP Pounds Sterling and will be processed in this currency. Your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may fluctuate daily.

We can only accept payment in GBP Pounds Sterling. If your payment is made in a foreign currency and you decide to cancel your order, we are not responsible for, nor will we accept any liability for, any fluctuations in the value of the refunded amount.

Additionally, purchases made from outside Great Britain may be subject to import duties in the destination country. Any such duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Your items will be dispatched within 28 days of placing your order, or sooner, if possible, to the person specified on the Order Form.

We will ship your goods in appropriate packaging via registered post or an equivalent service, at our own risk, to the address provided on your order form.

If you require courier delivery, please contact us by email.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for verifying the authority of the person receiving the goods.

If items are returned due to being faulty or damaged in transit, we will cover all associated costs and issue a credit to you once the damaged items are received by 80srockshots Ltd.

All prices quoted in GBP Pounds Sterling and are subject to change.

All prices include packaging and insurance.

We do not offer goods on a sale or return basis. However, if the product is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us at +44 (0)7397 573 606 within 7 days of receiving your order. You have seven days from the date of receipt to return the items. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were when originally dispatched from 80srockshots.com and received by you.

You must contact us by phone or email at hello@80srockshots.com to confirm which items you are returning. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and any refund for this amount will be at the sole discretion of 80srockshots.com. Please send the items back to the address listed at the bottom of your receipt, along with a note containing your details and the reason for the return.

If a refund is issued, it will be credited to your original payment method. While we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

These terms and conditions may be updated or supplemented to include additional conditions specific to certain products or services offered on the Site from time to time. Such changes will remain binding on you, provided they are clearly communicated on the Site.

You agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend your use of the Site or cancel any order if you breach this Agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Site.

Use of the Site is prohibited in any jurisdiction where these terms and conditions, including this clause, are not enforceable.
