Returns
Our products are custom-made, with each print individually created to fulfil your order, making every one a unique work of art. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except under the following circumstances:
- Items Damaged in Shipping
If your item is damaged during shipping, we’re happy to help. Please email us photos of the damage, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
- Non-Receipt of Items
We do not accept responsibility and will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order within 28 days of receiving this notification, please contact us at hello@80srockshots.com and we will initiate an inquiry or file a claim. If the package is determined to be lost, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement (if available) or a full refund.
- Receipt of an Incorrect Item
We sincerely apologise if we’ve sent you an incorrect item. We understand the inconvenience and are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. As soon as you notice the mistake, please contact us at hello@80srockshots.com with the details. We will arrange for the collection and return of the incorrect item. Once the return is received and inspected, we will promptly send the correct item. If the correct item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, it will be applied to your original payment method. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the Company Management.
